I have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology from Appalachian State niversity with a minor in Compuer Information Systems. I created a modified curriculum of courses to better prepare me for a career in post-production and animation.

This script optimized the rendering of previews and final output renders and posting to ftrack.
- Allows presets for each type of render.
- Automatically renders to the correct location with versioning handled by the system.
- Paired with a python script and ftrack API, it auto uploads to ftrack and sets appropriate statuses.
Snipe Automation
Tool for automating On-Air snipes for the cable network.
- ScriptUI interface in After Effects built for non-technical users.
- Allows pasting spreadsheet data into panel as well as CSV imports.
- Using pre-determined values in the spreadsheet, the script can automate snipes including swapping logos out, utilizing numerous text templates, and properly naming and rendering them.
ftrack Automatic Thumbnail Generator
Generates thumbnails in ftrack.
- Utilizing metadata embedded into ftrack entities, the script leverages ffmpeg to create thumbnail files for shots and tasks.
- The script is triggered via a ftrack action.
Resolve clip exporter to ftrack
Captures data from the Resolve timeline to export to ftrack for the creation of shots.
- Utilizes marker data to collect important metadata pieces of information.
- Adjusts clip colors to mark shots already exported to ftrack.
- Creates shots and tasks in ftrack by interfacing with a python flask server.
ftrack After Effects project creator
Creates Projects in After Effects for tasks in ftrack.
- Collects metadata stored in ftrack shots and tasks.
- Exports data to a file and triggers a companion javascript.
- Javascript uses data to create projects complete with proper naming conventions, color space, overlay guides for timecode and embedded ftrack ID's.
